On Bike/Walk Day last week, we helped Seward Redesign by being volunteer crossing guards on Franklin Avenue. It was a little event to remind pedestrians what their rights are, and to make a point about how hard it is to cross Franklin Avenue. The kids had fun handing out flyers.

Miss G. is tired of my camera. And I’ve even given it a rest lately. I need some new subjects. Anyone want to be photographed?

Michael and I had an overnight date in downtown Minneapolis while the kids stayed home with their aunt and uncle. We managed to get a view out the window at the top of the IDS. It’s not open to the public, but we got a peek. You can see the new stadium going up.

I’ve been taking a little photo break, after my year of photos. It’s freeing. But it’s also amazing how quickly it’s been awhile since I’ve posted!

Another fabulous May Day parade. Here are some more May Day photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/72124587@N00/sets/72157617602633965/
Isaiah was going to walk on stilts in the parade, but then ended up just walking on his regular feet. He had a great time.
