January 2009

January 28.  Packing for Mexico–leaving early in the morning!  I may not be able to post photos for a whole week.  But don’t worry, I’ll be taking them!  So stay tuned.  Have a great week.

January 25.  She feel alseep in our bed.  “No, I’m not sleepy.”  I’m sure the Christmas tree dress will be at the top of the rotation for quite some time.

January 24.  I didn’t get a great shot of this, but it spells “happy birthday” in laundry.  You can see the “appy” here.  Some of our creative friends hung these for Michael’s birthday.

January 23.  Isaiah’s school has a reading challenge where the kids get pledges for the number of minutes read in two weeks.  Isaiah’s been very motivated by it–every day he wants to beat the record from the day before.  Today he read for 100 minutes!  (By the way, he had recently eaten a blue popsicle.)

January 20.  We waited in line to watch the inauguration at the Riverview Theater in Minneapolis, but we didn’t get in.  We had fun standing in line, though, and chatting with these excited women.  What a day.

Sorry, to those of you who check this blog often.  I’ve been kind of busy and had my biggest backlog of photos yet.  I’ll try to stay on top of things!
