I started this blog in April 2008 when I set a challenge for myself to make and then post one new photo a day for a year. I completed the challenge. I enjoyed it, although it was sometimes a struggle (especially at 10pm and I had yet to make a photo). If you scroll back you can see the year in photos–April 2008 to April 2009.
I was relieved to stop the photo-a-day thing. . . for awhile. But I started getting lazy and found that I really appreciate the discipline. So on Jan. 1, 2010, I started again. And just to clarify, I often take many more than just one photo a day. But I post just one. Choosing which one it’s going to be is an essential part of the discipline.
